My sister came to stay with us for the weekend on Friday. Parker's t-ball game had been rained out so we took a trip to the mall. We used to have 'sister time' once a month but as with everything else, time just gets away from us and our QT has been cut down to once every few months.
Saturday morning was spent at Parker's t-ball game, and then more sister time getting pedicures and shoe shopping. I am so happy she finally realized how wonderful pedicures are!!
Saturday night we went to the Taylor Swift concert. I had bought the tickets for us in January as an early birthday present for her. We have been anticipating this concert for what feels like forever, and it was well worth the wait! The concert was amazing, she is truly a fantastic performer! One of the things I love about her is how genuinely sincere and surprised she is whenever she wins an award, sells out a show, etc. Throughout the concert she continuously expressed gratitude for her fans, her face an expression of awe. I am still giddy about the concert and the awesome time I got to spend with my sister. I love her dearly and cherish every minute I get with her.
