We are in the final week before the walk, just 5 more days! I am so exited, I feel like a little kid at Christmas!
The team has done a great job getting donations, I am truly surrounded with amazing friends and family. Each donation, no matter how much, is so greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps! Someone mentioned to me people may not feel like they can give a lot and if they can't make it a decent donation then they don't want to donate at all. Even if it's just $5, it all adds up and it's all for a great cause!
The design for our shirts was submitted last week.
The shirt will be black, for Donna's favorite color. The writing and picture will be in a yellow-gold, the color for Childhood Cancer. The shield on the right will be the left side chest logo and then the picture and team name on the back. They are going to look so great, I can't wait to see them!! And a HUGE THANKS to Stoliker's for donating their labor for the charity!!
I love seeing this all come together. I know this is going to be an amazing experience shared with some amazing people.
