Day 2: What I WoreI am going to do this one just a little bit different and focus on what Parker wore today, as it was his first day of 2nd grade! I am also rolling 2 blogs in one...clever, aren't I? :)
He looks so big, and so mature...my little man. Of course I sent this picture to several people and the response I keep getting is "What is he starting, high school??" That's my kiddo...7 going on 17!

He was so excited to start school today, hopefully we can spread this excitement out through the entire year seeing
as last year was a sort of bust for him with a very non-enthusiastic teacher. I just LOVE the smile on his face in this picture!
And...just for grins and giggles, this is what I am wearing today. I actually had a hard time falling asleep last night, trying to figure out what I could wear today that would be 'cute' for this picture yet 'seasonable', as it is rainy and cool again today. I finally gave up and settled for this... Yes, that's right. I am wearing a white shirt... after Labor Day! I am such a rebel, aren't I? :)
*Notice my hair is now flat-ironed (Thank you Erin!!) and I made sure to cut the top of my hair off so you can't see how bad my roots are!
